I am a marine biologist and middle school science teacher living in the desert. I love nature and spend as much time as possible seaking out beautiful places. My husband and I live in a small acreage where we raise hay and English springer spaniels. My favorite pastimes are hiking, backpacking, kayaking, scuba diving and sharing my wisdom with teenagers.
