Front main bedroom in semi-detached 3 bedroom home in downtown Toronto.
It's a nice space, open concept, warm and cozy. You have full access to the house and its amenities. The front porch is great for people watching.
The house is 2 min walk from big supermarket bar coffee pharmacy bank etc. 5 min to Cabbage town and Distillery District. 10 min to Eaton Center and Queen street east. You are between the Dundas and Queen street cars which will take you all over downtown.
High-speed internet available, "house of Saints" - the password is my 10-digit phone #.
Since you're living in my home, common sense and courtesy are essential. Shoes off. Aside from tidying up after yourself, I'm particular about cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom. This is an older home so the floor is a tiny a bit squeaky on the main floor. We are generally quiet people, though if you are sound sensitive you may hear people moving about.
"Temporary Toronto on-street parking" is available for ~$22/week. Please search for the link.
Enjoy your travels at this great city.
PS My home is rather suited for intuitive travelers.
Interaction with guests
Looking forward to meeting you and giving you advice about the city, I do know Toronto like the back of my hand.
Other things to note
Keep it cleaner than you found it.
I only accept out of country travellers. I'm rather interested in providing a nice affordable stay without headaches from Canadians leaving negative reviews.
Cleanliness, and plenty of common sense.
Please place your dirty sheets in the hamper, or floor.
Leave the shower curtain spread out (not bunched up) to discourages black mold.
The shower head is a soaker. Hot water will run out after 10 minutes, so don't run it at max, unless you want the next person to hate you.
Please don't waste energy. If you are not in the space, turn off the lights.
