The house on three floors was renovated in 2013. On the ground floor there is a wide living room, with fireplace and dining table for 8 people, as well as a separate well equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are a double bedroom, with queen size bed and magnificent view, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The second floor is occupied by a suite with a queen size bed and sitting area. Its sofa bed can accommodate two more guests. A second bathroom with shower is located on this level.
The exterior is characterized by a large private garden with panoramic terrace equipped with garden furniture and dining area under a porch. The pleasant above ground pool is located so as to be exposed to the sun from morning to dusk. The property is fenced and includes a private park with secular trees and a barbecue located behind the building.

Just 2 km from the holiday home lies the village of Cireglio, with a grocery store, two bars, a restaurant / pizzeria, a pharmacy and an ATM. The city of Pistoia is 10 km away and is full of shops and restaurants, particularly on the square "La Sala" and surroundings. On Saturday and Wednesday morning, the center of Pistoia comes alive with market stalls occupying the cathedral square and the surrounding streets.

What we aim at offer you is the chance to spend a relaxing holiday in the nature of a green valley set between the town of Pistoia and the Tuscan Apennines Mountains. This is a well known and loved winter holiday destination, famous for the ski slopes of Abetone, but also an enchanting holiday spot between spring and autumn, thanks to its pretty paths and silent ancient forests. Moreover, our location is just a few dozen minutes away from other important art cities like Florence, Lucca and Pisa as well as from the beaches of Versilia.
Our properties are charming historic buildings which have been recently renovated and fully equipped to meet the needs of increasingly demanding tourists. In fact, my father and I are both passionate travellers and this helps us to empathize with the potential demands of our guests.
