we totally enjoyed our stay there. Overall the room is clean, and very comfortable. The host, Maria, is very helpful and fast respond. Fully equipped place (Kitchen, washing machine, dryer, wifi, fridge, ..etc). The location is convenient and walk to city center or museums is not too far.

Wonderfully quiet and comfortable apartment. We loved the neighborhood, a 'real' Viennese neighborhood full of amenities (shops, good restaurants), but near to the centre and many tram lines. Just blocks from the Freud museum and Vienna's lively university district. Maria was also very responsive and took care of our needs. Great for travelers with kids. We would happily stay here again.

This was our first AirBnB apartment. The outside of the apartment appeared to need a lot of work which made me nervous until I stepped inside the apartment. It was perfect. It was bright and cheery. It had everything we needed. It was a very short walk to the subway and bus stops and convenient to everything. One caution is the apartment is on an active street and it can be noise early in the morning and late at night. Bring ear plugs if you think this would bother you. The apartment is worth it.

Maria has been very helpful even before our stay by her quick communication and by providing us with detailed directions to get to the apartment. We also arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time but Maria kindly agreed that we could store our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned. Unfortunately she wasn't there to greet us at arrival but her friend Vlad told us all we needed to know and also gave us some info on Vienna which was very helpful. The apartment is very spacious and clean and has everything you need- we really appreciated the Nespresso machine! The area around the apartment is very safe and quiet and there is a nice choice of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity and it's very easy to get into central Vienna. Overall a great experience!

Moving between countries, big and small since my childhood, I never thought I would be able to settle in one particular place. But then it happened! Beautiful and cosmopolitan Vienna won me over and I’ve been unable to let go ever since. Filled with vibrant history, amazing architecture, great art, music and wonderful parks the city has so much to offer! Imagine living within a 2-minute walk from Sigmund Freud’s place or walking in the opposite direction for 10 minutes and sitting down for breakfast across the house where Beethoven used to live.

I remember when we just moved, my son and I had a favorite route. We would go up to the Votiv Church, pick inside and then spend some time on a small playground beside the grand walls . Next, we would continue walking towards the Rathaus. He would run through the beautiful arches of the buildings, play in the park and later we would sit down in café Landtmann for refreshments. Afterwards, depending on the time of the year, we would either stay in the Rathauspark for activities (fantastic giant ice rink in winter, film and gourmet food festival in summer) or continue our walk in Volksgarten, Hofburg and the MuseumsQuartier.

We cannot wait to share the whole Vienna experience with you! Start exploring the city from our 19th century house and discover your own favorite paths. We promise you a great stay!
