The air-conditioned apartment City modern is spacious studio apartment in a calm side street in the city center. The apartment's terrace will offer you a breathtaking view.
The location of the apartment couldn't be any better: numerous famous sights as the Staatsoper (Viennese State Opera) and the Naschmarkt (the most popular market place with a lot of restaurants) are only a few steps away from the apartment. The apartment is therefore the ideal base to discover the beautiful city of Vienna.
The space
Directly in Viennas 1st district you find our Apartment City Style. It is a great location. The major Viennese sightseeing attractions like St. Stephans, St. Charles, Hofburg, Ring Street, State Opera House, Spanish Horseriding School, Naschmarkt, Museums Quarter, etc. are only less then 10 minutes walking distance away.
You have direct access to Underground lines U4, U1 and U2 from the bottom of the house (Station Karlsplatz).
The apartment is located in a modern house with elevator and air condition and electric blinds, etc. in the 7th floor. You have an amazing terrace with view to Hofburg. It is the best location to stay in Vienna! Really great place.
The apartment is furnished with a sleeping niche with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) - so it is most comfortable for a couple staying there. But it is possible to make an additional single bed out of the sofa and if you like we can put an additional single beds with rolls and slats and a comfortable mattress to the apartment and make there a fourth bed for you. If you travel with small children we also provide a baby cot on demand. Just let us know your wishes we will try to fulfill them.
We have in the same house three other holiday apartments (City Loft, City Smile and City terrace), which are also listed on airbnb. So if you are a larger group you can also take two of these apartments or three. Maximum up to 15 persons can be accomodated at one time at apartment address Makartgasse 3, 1010 Wien, if you rent all four apartments together.
Guest access
Please let us know your wished arrival time at the apartment address before your arrival and confirm it by phone on arrival day (of course you can also change it on arrival day if there is any delay expected), just let us know. You reach us und(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
Our regular arrival time is between 15.00 h and 22.00 h. If you want to check-in earlier or later then this time please let us know, we will find a way but additional fees may apply for this service.
Interaction with guests
You can always reach us by mail or phone. Just let us know your wishes, we will try to fulfill them.
- Please avoid noise in the apartment, in the staircase and in front of the house especially between 21:00 pm and 9:00 am.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking in the staircase is also forbidden. Smoking is permitted on the terrace only. Please throw away your cigarettes in the trashcan after smoking. Thank you!
- Please respect the waste separation. The container with the red top is for papers only. The black container is for everything else. Further information regarding waste separation is provided in the apartment.
- Bitte vermeiden Sie Lärm im Apartment, im Stiegenhaus und vor dem Haus (besonders zu den Ruhezeiten zwischen 21:00 Uhr und 9:00 Uhr).
- Das Apartment ist ein Nichtraucherapartment. Rauchen ist auch im Stiegenhaus verboten. Auf der Terrasse kann geraucht werden. Bitte entsorgen Sie Ihre Zigaretten in einem Mistkübel. Vielen Dank!
- Bitte halten Sie die Mülltrennungsregeln ein. Der Container mit dem roten Deckel ist nur für Papier. Der schwarze Container ist der Restmüllcontainer. Weitere Informationen zur Mülltrennung finden Sie im Apartment.
