Before I came to this country, there were a lot of things that worried me, especially the house-renting problem. I didn't know if my landlady is easy to get along with , or if the house is good or not. But after I walked into the house and talked to my landlady for the first time, I found that all the misgivings that I used to have were meaningless. It is just amazing! The house is clean, cozy, cute, and beautiful, and it is in a perfect location, where is very closed to the town center, and what's more, Ms.Mary is such a good lady. She is friendly, kind, and amiable. She sets everything up for me and helps me go through the most difficult time when I first lived here. Now we are good friends. Anyway, it is my biggest fortune to meet Ms.Mary and live in her house. I really wish to live here forever if I could.

Mary went above and beyond in terms of making sure I was comfortable and happy during my 6 week stay. She did everything from making sure I knew what to see and eat around town to spending time with me when I wanted company. The house itself is comfortable and clean. The room and bathroom were more than what I needed in terms of space and storage. The neighborhood is nice and close to Sheppard Pratt where I was studying, John Hopkins where I was volunteering, as well as close to restaurants and cafes. I especially liked that Trader Joe's wasn't too far, Belvedere Square was a short walk or drive away, and the mall was also pretty close. For a med student looking for more than just a place to stay, Mary's is perfect. I ended up having a hard time leaving at the end of my stay, and 2 weeks out still miss being at Mary's home. Mary cares about the people she hosts and it shows.

The house is GREAT! Decoration is pretty and sweet, feels like home. Mary always keeps the house clean and neat. There are restaurants and grocery in walking distance and free parking on the street, which is really convenient. Mary is awesome! She is kind, thoughtful, and always there to help. Mary knows the neighborhood really well, if you want to know where to go, where to eat, don't hesitate to ask her. It’s my first time try Airbnb, and because of Mary, I would love to try Airbnb more and more time.

I'm a late blooming entrepreneur who loves to travel, meet new people and embrace new cultures. I also take pride in my home and enjoy sharing it with others. Hosting people for the past five years (via other avenues) has been so rewarding. It even landed me an invitation to attend a wedding in India - an experience I will always treasure!
