This apartment for 6 people of more than 150 m2 is meticulously designed, the master bedroom with an area of more than 30 m2 with a very original integrated bathroom and the other 2 of at least 15 m2. Exclusive apartment, it has been conceptualized with a modern style, but without losing its essence. Note: The outdoor bathtub (mini pool) is designed for spring and summer, it is warm water, not recommended for autumn or winter.

It is a neighborhood that is located right on the edge of the districts of La Encarnación, Feria and Santa Catalina. Right in front of the building is one of the most typical and beautiful squares in the city of Seville.
The neighborhood's big parties are celebrated in September with the Velá de la Hiniesta at the beginning of the month and with the Fiestas in honor of the Virgen del Rosario at the end of the same month.
