Great few days away with my little boy. Very quiet and a huge tent with access to nearer beaches and pubs etc. The beautiful Croyde beach also 20 minutes away with great surf! Highly recommend

What a great little spot, stunning scenery and a great introduction into family camping. Emma welcomed us and gave us a tour before we rushed off to the local pub, we had a fire in the pit when we came back, then we spent a night snuggled up while it rained outside. The kids collected the chicken eggs and played with the four dogs. Great place to stay! Thanks Emma.

Myself, my sister and two children had the best time glamping. The tent was fantastic and a lot bigger than I thought it would be. We loved the campfire and toasting the marshmallows. Emma was the perfect host and made the perfect breakfast for us. We would definitely go again. Thank you Emma

Emma and Tim run a lovely range of B&B options from a picturesque farm near Instow. We were in the Bell Tent and had great views across the bay down in Instow. The tent is ideal for a small family and although we didn't get the weather we wanted, the location, Emma and Tim's hospitality, the great farm breakfast and general rustic vibe - all made it a warm and friendly experience. Our children (aged 6 and 8) loved the farm and even went out to find chicken eggs for breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay in the Garden Bell Tent and the hosts made us feel very welcome. The tent was beautifully set up and the beds were really comfy. My children loved cooking tea over the fire they had built and next time we are in the area we will be staying there again.

We had a wonderful time in the bell tent... Even the rain didn't stop us having a nice family time away... We managed to lit the fire pit, have roasted marshmallows,(left for us as a treat) and a few beers. The dog was so excited and didn't sleep all night.... There is plenty of space for all and even the neighbours were friendly... Breakfast was amazing, lovely home cooked food and we were able to take our dog in with us... The toilet/shower room was cosy and clean a real pleasure to have home conforts while glamping. A well equipped tent, with lots of extra's that added to the warm welcome, kind hospitality and pleasant surroundings....

We arrived earlier than expected and were warmly greeted by Emma and a tray of scones, tea and homemade jam. The bell tent was everything we were hoping it would be. Just lovely. Perfect for our family of 4. The firepit outside was brilliant for our evening bbq after having explored Instow a little. The kids played on the swings and in the fields as we got ready for the evening. Breakfast the following morning was delicious and well worth the extra. Emma and Tim were so hospitable and really went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We can't wait for another opportunity to visit.

I love living in North Devon. It is full of kind-hearted folk and wonderful scenery. I moved back here from the Big Smoke - London four years ago. One day, Maggie my dog looked at me as if to say the city just felt too small, so we jumped in my little red car and the rest is history.

There are few more pleasurable things than pulling on my wellies with Tim and taking the dogs for a romp on the beach. I like a blustery walk to blow out the cobwebs.

The way a place looks it important to me so you will find our home full of local artworks and little details, placed to inspire and sometimes even amuse.

It is very important to me that my guests are comfortable, relaxed and feel at home. Tim has so many tales of his boating travels from spending a year in South Georgia in the Antarctic to running charters in the Caribbean.

You can expect friendly and relaxed hosts with a twinkle of adventure in their eyes! We are often scruffy and friendly.
