Come and stay at the only water tower in central London. Showcased as the 100th episode of C4 TV's Grand Designs, this is possibly the best known private home in London. Its soaring 10 stories are topped by a 4-sided glass tank with panoramic views.

The space
If you looking for dates which come up as unavailable please message me as i have another spare room , Which can also be used if your looking to book 2 rooms.
There is a bedroom available in our home, (with lift / elevator access to the fifth floor plus a few stairs) within one of the Water Tower's iconic rooms giving excellent views of central London and beyond. This room has a British double size bed, along with plenty of storage. along with of course a bathroom. Also available for you to enjoy, is the Water Tank itself (there is no direct lift / elevator access to the Tank) from which one can enjoy a 360-degree view of London. After dark the view is, if possible, more spectacular, as you enjoy the lights of London twinkling and changing. It's a spectacular view that changes by the minute and is entrancing in all weathers. You will have access to the glass tank at the top. This 'suite' of rooms is effectively self-contained at the top of the Tower. I will just repeat this again , for this booking you do not get all 10 stories !!! Only the 3 top stories they are self contained .I live in this house However the TANK is exclusively yours. So it really is like having your own self contained private apartment.

The bathroom for the room has a large roll-top bath and walk-in shower .

Where you’ll be

London, Greater London, United Kingdom

Here we are truly at the centre of this dynamic and ever-changing city - to be precise, Zone 1 of central London.

We are located in the rapidly developing and fascinating Kennington area, where we have a number of pubs, restaurants and cultural venues close at hand, including the fascinating Cinema Museum and the world-renowned Imperial War Museum - but, as importantly, we are also amazingly close to both the West End and City of London, and we are within the sounds (and sight ) of the most famous alarm clock in the world, Big Ben!

This is the perfect location to experience London during the day and in the evening relax in the Tank and see the sun set over this timeless metropolis.
