Situated on the second floor of a secure development with a guest lift it is the perfect space for your stay.
The space
This secure 2nd floor Apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. A Double room with double bed with ensuite shower room. One Twin room, family bathroom with shower over bath. Towels and toiletries are all there. We also have a Travel Cot available for our baby guests!!
The Open Plan space has a kitchen fully equipped including Electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer and of course all the utensils you need. The Dining table seats six comfortably and there is a comfortable seating area with a large Smart TV and we have included free WiFi.
Guest access
The whole Apartment is available for your comfort and one parking space is available in the complex car park. Guest Lift available and the Apartment is situated on the second floor. All windows look over the car park.

Five minutes from the door takes you to The Riverside where a pathway takes you into the Centre of York or across the bridge onto The Races. York has a fantastic amount of Restaurants to cover all budgets. Then there's all the sites York Minster, The Railway Museum, Jorvik centre, museums and galleries and shops galore!! The apartment is in between the city centre and York designer outlet.
