It is a great upper unit with 1 Bed 1 Bath in beautiful duplex located 2 blocks to the beach and close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. It has an amazing outdoor deck and an outdoor dining area. Whether you plan an active vacation or a relaxing vacation near the beach , you will love the cottage feel of this unit.

The space
It is perfect for two people because it is one bedroom. However, there is a sofa bed in the living room and the unit can accommodate 4 people at most.

This is an upstairs' unit in duplex in very quiet neighborhood. We ask our guests to respect the neighbors by following all house rules.
