The apartment is located in the Old Town neighborhood, walking distance from the Astronomical Clock in Old Town Square. While it is close to famous bars and pubs it is quaintly hidden in a small and very quiet street.
We are offering a newly refurbished apartment, 78 m2, 2+K, in a beautiful Art Nouveau building. It is situated in the historic Jewish quarter in the Old Town neighborhood.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room open to the kitchen, one large bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, and a walk-in closet. There are two separate doors to the bathroom from the living room and the bedroom.
There is one bedroom with a double bed (180cm) and one folding sofa that sleeps two (120cm) in the living room. If you need a craddle for a baby, we can provide it too.
The place has a nice atmosphere and it is very easy to stroll around the beautiful streets. There are many restaurants and bars nearby that can be easily reached on foot.
The whole apartment is available for you. You enter the apartment from the main hall.

Other things to note
There is a carpark close by for about 25 EUR/day. Otherwise it is not possible to park your car in the city center except for paid areas.
I can arrange an airport pickup/drop off for you by for EUR 30/1 way.
We would like to kindly ask our guest to follow the following rules:
Please dispose of all garbage from the Premises in a proper and regular manner to the bins in the room across the corridor
Before leaving the apartment make sure all the water taps are closed, all the appliences turned off
Strictly no smoking permitted in the apartment
No parties or events
Every extra guest should be reported in advance
The hallways, passages and stairs of the building in which the Premises are situated shall be used for no purpose other than going to and from the Premises and the Tenant shall not encumber those areas with boxes, mats, furniture or other material or leave garbage in those areas and other areas used in common with other tenants
Soiled or wet footwear shall be removed at the entrance to the apartment in which the Premises are located and taken into the Premises. Please use slippers provided.
No structural alterations, painting, wall papering or alterations of the floor, walls, ceiling, electrical wiring or pipes shall be done by the Tenant without the prior written consent of the Landlord
No hazardous substances or toxic materials shall be kept on the Premises. No combustible material or flammable liquid shall be kept on the Premises except in small quantities and in containers approved for this purpose
No barbecues, gas, charcoal or otherwise, are allowed on the Premises
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Noise or other nuisance which, in the opinion of the Landlord, disturbs the comfort of other Tenants shall not be permitted in the Premises
Children shall not be allowed to play in the common halls or passageways
No animals are allowed
