Modern residence with a large and pleasant garden located just behind the Castel Marie-Louise. Casino Barrière is a stone's throw away, as is Avenue Royale, which offers a few fashion and decoration shops, as well as bars and restaurants. The beach is located at the end of the driveway of the residence, i.e. a two minute walk. You can also do mini-golf and tennis at the club located on the other side of the residence just in front of it, or horseback riding by showing up at the equestrian center where you will be offered pleasant walks on the beach and swimming with the horses :) Finally the end of the day is even conducive to angling, directly from the beach, as well as fishing on foot that the walkers of the beach Benoit particularly like. And if you prefer laziness, you will already be on the most pleasant stretch of beach in La Baule.
