Finished this one of a kind house about two years ago. It's on 5 acres with 40+ apple trees & lots of wild animals all around. Only 5 minutes from Cd'A.
* in summer you will see deer regulary.
* in the winter months you are almost guaranteed to see elk on a daily basis.
1000 square ft, hardwood floors, and a beautiful kitchen! This is a new house on our 5 acres just outside of Coeur d'Alene. We have lots of apple trees and wildlife in our front yard daily. It's a perfect space to relax, make dinner, and soak in North Idaho.
This home is only 2 years old so the yard and area around the house are not yet complete. The cabin by my house is still getting painted and under construction as well.
This is my home, and I live here most of the year, so my personal possessions are in some drawers. I've had a few people complain about this even though its Airbnb so I want to be up front to avoid future confusion.
You are welcome to walk up into our property and enjoy the apple trees and meadow. The road is the west side of our property, there is a fence on the east and its easy to tell where our property end on the north and south. My fathers home is also on this property and we ask you respect his space. He is very welcoming though and would surely love to hang out and drink a beer and play the ukulele if you'd like! But our houses are perfectly separated so unless you see him out watering or knock on the door you probably won't know he's there.
Interaction with guests
Most of the time I'm traveling when I rented my place so I won't be around to make a personal introduction unfortunely.
Other things to note
Please note that even though I list I don't have a TV or microwave I've still had guests many times leave me a note at the end saying I should have these amenities. We (hosts) appreciate if you look over the full listing details so you know exactly what to expect.
Please, shoes off there's dirt around the house and it gets tracked in with rocks that scratch the floors. Thank you!
