We are in the Interlagos neighborhood (Vila Velha/ES), which is a very quiet and very well located residential area, as it is located between the beaches and the city's main tourist attractions. We have a beautiful beach 300 meters from the house, where there is a great restaurant in the area specialized in seafood and at the end of the neighborhood we have a beautiful lagoon with a restaurant. A few meters from the house, there is a small square, bakery, beverage distributor, markets and restaurants. In 15 minutes from the house, you will be in the center of VV, Convento da Penha and the main beaches of the coast or on the other side, you will be in Guarapari (Setiba beach and Acquamania Water Park). Come and enjoy your days in this beautiful, cozy and quiet neighborhood. 3 km from the house is Ponta da Fruta Beach, with kiosks and the highlight of Cabana do Rock, which has a great structure and food.
