Please be advised that the elevator, garage, boathouse and a couple of storage rooms will be locked and not accessible during your stay. These areas are used for storage purposes only and do not contain any items that you will need during your visit.

The rest of the house, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and outside area will be fully accessible and at your disposal. We have made sure that the house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including linens, towels, and basic kitchen appliances.

This agreement is designed to facilitate a smooth visit and protect both you and the property.
