This place is very small. The location is not on Governor Nicholls Street which makes you think that you will be staying in a "Historic" type home. When you finally locate the apt it does not align with the Airbnb description. The house is BASIC. There are no amenities & there were not enough bath/bed linens to accommodate 4 people for a lengthy stay. It's a great fit for someone who does not have children.

Our group was in town for Jazz Fest & this was a great place for us to stay. The apartment was quiet, clean, and safe. Short walk to the French Quarter & easy uber/lyft trip away from other destinations. This was the perfect spot for a group that just needed a place to sleep a night & have a quick cup of coffee in the morning- bunk beds! coffee! fridge! We did not need to contact our host Sarah during the stay, but I felt confident we'd be able to get in touch with her easily if something came up. I'd definitely stay here again!

Close and walkable to Frenchmen St and the Jazz bars. Clean unit located in a quiet neighborhood. In unit washer/dryer was a big plus!

Had a great stay in Sarah's apartment, it's in a nice location walkable to Bourbon St which is key for New Orleans. It's a good idea with the bunk beds too. I would say that a little bit of investment in better quality bedding & linens would be a good idea - overall a great stay though. Thanks Sarah!

Sarah's place was what my buddy and I needed for our few days in New Orleans. It's a basic apartment but a quick walk to Bourbon Street. It was clean and in a close location to a lot. If I ever find myself down there again I would stay there.
