This authentic adobe casa is located in the Mesquite Historic District in the heart of Las Cruces. Farmer's market is a 7 minute walk from the home. Directly across the street is a Mexican café, coffee shop and a nice park. Quiet Neighborhood.

The space
My authentic mexican adobe home was built in 1925. This is a traditional New Mexican style home features original vigas and latillas ceilings. Adobe keeps it warm in winter and cool in Summer. Home is located in the heart of Las Cruces. Mesquite Historic District.

This original Mexican home offers an unforgettable vacation rental experience. This wonderful casa has 16 inch adobe walls, high wood ceiling. This adobe home has light filled rooms.
Two large bedrooms. PLEASE NOTE: There are not any doors between the living room and the two bedrooms. Super large bedrooms not the average size bedrooms!
Living room with sofa with large picture window with door that opens toward the front of the house. There is also another door in the large bedroom that also opens toward the front of the patio. This is not a duplex but one home, one door is living room other door is bedroom.

The property is conveniently located. You can find Las Cruces' downtown art, culture, museums, galleries, restaurants within walking distance.
This hope is located right in the central part of the city. Farmer's market is a 7 minute walk from the house. La Nueva Casita café, neighborhood café is directly across the street along with a great coffee shop right next door to the café.

45 minute drive to White Sands National Monument.
7 minute drive to Old Mesilla
10 Minute drive to New Mexico State University

Other things to note
The street in front is a one way street heading east. You can park on either side but the best parking is directly in front of the house on the left side of the street.
