Host was very flexible on check-in and check-out times, and pretty much left us to our own devices once we checked in. A/C worked, and room was nice. The house was a bit of a mess though - as they were in the process of moving - but our room was fine.

A very good value! We enjoyed the very spacious suite, including private bathroom and sitting room. We slept a super comfortable bed. It's on a quiet street in the North Hill historic district. It's a modest walk or very short drive to the downtown entertainment district.

The home is beautiful! Our room was right up front near the wrap around porch. Our room was huge and had everything you'd need. Walkable to downtown, but takes 20-30 mins

This is a wonderful historic home in a great location. They are right at the north end of Downtown Pensacola. It would have been very easy for us to walk to a number of places to eat if the weather had been nice enough. The family was very welcoming and flexible with our arrival times. They were also very easy to get a hold of when we were going to be out late a couple nights. The space itself is huge! There is a full size kitchen sink, mini fridge, microwave, dishes, Keurig, etc. If we had wanted to do more meals there, it would certainly have been easy to do so. The bedroom has a king size bed, which was great for my husband, myself and our 1 year old. The bathroom was fully stocked with plenty of nice big towels. The temperature was wonderfully cool indoors and the bedroom and seating area both had ceiling fans. They even brought us an extra fan for white noise for the little one. The seating area pictured on Airbnb is in the room itself. Along with the kitchen table in the nook there is also about a 42 inch flat screen tv with cable. The next time we need a place to stay in Pensacola, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at the TW Finch house in downtown Pensacola! Easy access to everything and the unit was larger than we expected, all worked as advertised with no issues.
