The apartment is a part of a family house, which is surrounded by flowers, lemon tree and vegetables. It consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with toilette and a living room and balcony. There is a special entry. So you can enjoy peace and lovely atmosphere in it. The apartment has an air - condition, and it is situated on the first floor of our family house. From the balcony You have a beatifull view to the bay of Gruz. The apartment is fully equiped. It has a laundry machine and dishwasher of course that is included in the price. Also, wifi is free of charge. Supermarket, bakery, pizzeria and bus station are five minutes walking distance from the aparment. Walking distance till the Old Town is only 25 minutes.
