I'm very sorry for your unfortunate appliances experience and that your expectations where not satisfied on this point of view.
For the ovens, (I have 2 ovens) of of them, by suprised did not work. I did try *everything to get it repaired the next day. We needed a piece that could not be deliver and install during this special time of the year (Christmas holidays). But I really did my best. And still feel sorry about this, specially that you where here for cooking.
For the dishwasher, it has always been working, and is working now. I just don't understand. Same for the washing machine. Since my arrival at the house, I did many uses, and all was perfect. We should yes have checked this before your arrival, but since we never had any problem, and that those are relatively new appliances, we did not judge it necessary. Your comments and deception will make that we will certainly do this the next time!
The house is located in a country side, the water is hard water, with a lot of minerals. There was nobody at the house for the fall season. That might explain the problems you had with the utilities. IT was totally unexpected. And I totally apologize for this.
I've been renting all summer and having no problems, after again a certain laps with nobody at the house. Everybody was very satisfied, they did not have any problems you described. We got a 5 stars on all stays.
Like I've said before,
I feel very sorry for this appliances problem.
I hope you stay was still enjoyable, I know, having talking to you, that you enjoyed the house very much, besides those unpredictable events(that in fact was not aware of till now, except the oven)
And I will certainly take your constructive comments in consideration, and doing my best the next time to not have any appliances problems!
