Wonderful light, very charming. Very festive neighborhood. Very beautiful view over Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Lovely place. Perfect for a couple and perfect to discover what the real Paris has to offer.

Great little apartment with an amazing view of the city. Close to the action of Belleville and so easy to get to the major sights of Paris. My girlfriend and I spent three comfortable nights in Dan's place and enjoyed checking out the local area. We'll be back!

Dan welcomed us warmly and his small but well designed flat provided just the simple but stylish base that we were after. We enjoyed the local area, and good transport links to central sights were within easy access.

Nice, comfortable and quiet appartment in the heart of the lively and attractive neighbourhood of Belleville with many rstaurants, bars and little stores. Although I did not meet Dan in person communication was easy and everything arranged very well. I would defintely come back.
