Nice "tiny house" style secluded cabin. Good for a base of operations for exploring the area.

Lee welcomed us in person. His place is set on a hill off the main road where there is access to walking trails on his land which has beautiful views. The Kozy Kabin sits alone next to an outdoor seating area with a fireplace and bbq. Telephone signal is low to nonexistent there. Town of Marion is about 20 min away which is very cute but almost entirely closed on Sundays. Close to lots of outdoor activities: Creeper trail, Grayson State Park, Appalachian trail.

My girlfriend and I are avid hikers and used the cabin to hike around Grayson Highlands and Mt Rogers. The cabin is secluded and quiet and Lee was great. He even mailed a hat I had left there back to me. Thanks so much.

We loved the covered fireplace and cooked all our dinners on it. The cabin is accurately advertised. Between the open windows and ceiling fan we never turned the AC on once! Loved the peace and quiet. Host was honest and accommodating.

This little cabin was lovely, clean and the host was prompt and extremely helpful. We had a very peaceful and restful time here, on a trip to visit the Mt Rogers area and Grayson Highlands. Highly recommended!
