Pualani, meaning “Heavenly Flower” Villa is located in the KaMilo community within the sought after Mauna Lani Resort backing onto the Mauna Lani North Golf Course 7th Fairway. This sanctuary is ideal for families, friends, or anyone seeking a luxurious retreat in paradise. Whether you're planning a special getaway, hosting friends and family, or indulging in a romantic escape, this home has it all!
Pualani Villa is your four bedroom tropical home for your Hawaii getaway and is designed for gatherings of up to 8 people.
Pualani Villa is equipped with three bedrooms in the main house, each having its own bathroom, and is one of very few Hoku B floor plans which includes a private stand alone guest cottage or “Ohana Suite” for the ultimate in privacy.
Bedroom one and two both have king beds.
Bedroom three has two Twin XL beds which can be left separate or combined to make an additional king bed with topper.
The private Ohana Suite also has a king bed and kitchenette.
The house and the Ohana all have central AC. There is also a large laundry room in the home.
Whether hosting your multi-generation family or traveling with other families or couples there is space enough for everyone to be comfortable.
Entering Pualani Villa, you’ll find yourself in a large open concept living space, including gourmet chef’s kitchen, living, dining and media area’s with views through the lanai doors to the property's outdoor pool and spa, surrounded by lush gardens. (County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to the pool area, to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.)
The lanai doors lead to a stunning outdoor oasis complete with lounging area and a large 70" TV for movies or the big game, a dining area and outdoor kitchen, and pool loungers for relaxing by the pool. Relax in the plush couches outdoors while you sip your morning coffee by the pool, listening and watching the birds chirp as you take in views of the stunning Kohala Mountain. The comfortable elegance of this home is sure to delight your entire family.

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can see the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young, we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do:
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to the Recreation Center with cardio and weight fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean Mauna Lani Beach Club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Includes access to the lounge chairs and cabana’s. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores.

After your booking is accepted on Airbnb you will receive a copy of our home use agreement. We require this to be signed and returned to confirm your booking.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.
IMPORTANT: Although the Homeowner Association (HOA) schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Guests are reminded to keep lanai/patio doors closed especially at night. If our guest spots more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
