The space

The property is accessed via electric gates, where you will have access to one parking space. A few meters across decking brings you to the main entrance, double doors leads you to the main living area, where you will find a sofa bed, settee, and flat screen TV. From here a door leads you to a hallway to either the downstairs shower cloakroom or stairs to the living area, providing a dinning area and kitchen facilities, the bedroom area has a double bed and TV, from the windows are views to the garden, pond, patio and fields.
When the weather permits enjoy the patio and watch the world go by.

Guest access

You have independent access to the detached property you will be staying in, access to the garden where you are more than welcome to mow the lawns and weed the garden if you feel like it, or just relax on the patio. Please don't over feed the fish.

My wife and I traveled to Sutton to meet our new Grandson, and to spend some time with our Daughter and Son-in-law. Wallington is an 11 minute trip to High Street in Sutton. We were met upon arrival by both Jeff and Maureen and their lovely little dogs. Jeff and Maureen are just the nicest, most friendly couple you could wish to meet. Our accommodation was exactly as advertised. Spacious, clean and private, with everything needed. A bonus was some milk, tea and coffee etc ready for our use when we moved in. The view across their magnificent garden and over to the fields beyond caught our attention many times with the bird-life and occasional fox. Our car was easily parked behind gates on the wide driveway and we felt secure at all times. There was also advice and friendship available when we needed it. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

Myself, my wife and my infant girl needed a place to stay in the UK while we were looking for permanent accommodation in the surrounding area. Jeff and Maureen's place was the perfect place for us in terms of size, location, and it had everything we needed for a two week stay. Not only was the accommodation perfect for us, but Jeff and Maureen were amazingly welcoming hosts who went out of their way to assist and advise us in any way possible. We will most definitely recommend a stay with them.

Jeff and Maureen are wonderful hosts. They are warm and welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are fantastic, with everything you need. It is so nice to have a decent amount of space to yourself in an AirBnB. The place is also set back from the house, which ensures you feel the privacy. This is an excellent find!

Jeff met us and showed us how to manage the electronic gates and bits and pieces in the property, which is behind and over their garage. It's very comfortable, but quite a distance to walk to Wallington Station and shops. Fine if you've got a car though.
