The space

The space is and feels like a home, it is also very quiet which is a big plus in New York City. The house is divided into two, two story apartments. As roommates we share the space and each have access to the other apartment. We are all friends and this is the opportunity for you to meet some great people. We have a deck upstairs and a garden in the back.
The laundry is in the house. Roommates ( though most may be gone during the holidays) will often cook and share food. It is not rare to come home and find some baked goods on the kitchen table for grabs. It is just a lovely space.

Guest access

Guest have access to all floors of the house, the garden, backyard, terrasse, living rooms and kitchens and bathrooms.

Interaction with guests

Guests are friendly and love community. We have occasional meals together, go out, play boardgames, watch movies, etc...
They are often out traveling during the holidays but you can usually find someone to hang out and have a pleasant conversation with.

The neighbourhood

Within walking distance of everything. Very close to Manhattan if you wish to bike there or take the subway.

Getting around

Near all public transportation (lines B,Q, N, 2,3,4,5)
