Other things to note
Prior to listing on airbnb we had listed our home with a luxury home rental specialist, who left the following comments that we think really captures our place and town:
"Decision to rent a home vs. hotel rooms for SXSW was not an easy choice. Would the facility be too far away? Would it be "cool enough" for customers staying with us? Most importantly, would it capture the unique Austin vibe that drives so much interest and enthusiasm for SXSW? Answer to all three is ... YES. Super clean. Great layout. Great size. Great outdoor patio. To the homeowners that allowed us to rent their home ... THANK YOU."
This is our family home. Please treat it as your own. No smoking inside. No loud outside music or loud talking outside after 10. No parties, including bachelor parties. Please respect our neighbors, etc.
My name is Steven and I live in Austin with my wife, children, and longtime companion Lucy, a spinger spaniel mix who is just about the most perfect dog ever. I enjoy sharing our home and city with others and exploring unique places near and far through AirBnB. Baseball, too. I love baseball.
