Welcome to this spacious but cosy 1 bedroomed pet friendly holiday chalet, situated within the lovely Broadlands Holiday Park and Marina. It has access to gym, heated swimming pool, club house and restaurant. Centrally located next to Oulton Broad, if water sports or fishing is your interest. Co-located is a beautiful nature reserve or alternatively 10 minutes drive to the beach. A train line close by to Norwich for shopping or relax alfresco style and watch the sunset on the outside patio.

The space
The chalet has 2 small steps to the front entrance, entering into the kitchen area, with a full cooker, microwave and cooking facilities. A laundry room is available less than 2 minutes walk from the chalet. Next takes you into the hall, left takes you into the double bedroom with hanging space and bedside cabinets, whilst a right takes you into the bathroom, fitted with an electric shower over a full side bath. The lounge is straight a head, with a dinning table, TV and access to an outside decking area with a Jack and Jill chair or if you prefer 2 x sun-loungers

Oulton Broad village has a number of bars and restaurants and is the link to a number of neighbouring towns and tourist attractions.

St Nicholas Park is close by where seasonal events are held, the park is surrounded by stunning gardens with views over the broads. There are activities available, tennis courts, bowling green, children's play equipment which caters for a wide age range, as well as a boating lake, trampolines, crazy golf and an open space ideal for family picnics or to enjoy ball games. The views of the broad are a perfect base for watching the sailing and the weekly powerboat racing that takes place between April and September predominantly on a Thursday evening. Within the park there are a number of facilities available including arcades, boat hire, the Lowestoft Museum and cafe.

Take a trip with Waveney River Tours, a 100 seater passenger boat sailing along the river Waveney, enjoying the panoramic views and take a peep at the river side houses and boat sheds that line the riverbanks of the largest broad in the National Park. Or if speed takes your fancy step on board Jet adventures' "Shearwater" and take a trip to see the seals, whilst enjoying the thrill and excitement with being in an open boat at sea.

Slow the pace and visit the East Anglian transport museum where you can ride on working trams, trolley buses and narrow guage railway. There are exhibition halls, period street scenes, "Tar, sweat and Steam building", cafe and souvenir shop.
