Minutes from bus stops (333, 380 and 389 to Bondi Junction, Oxford St Paddington, City and Circular Quay). Only 2km to Westfield Bondi Junction and train station. Resident manager onsite.

NO PETS. However, there are 2 French bulldogs who resides with the manager and occasionally Stella (a Lab/Rottweiler cross comes for a beach visit, we fostered her and rehoused her to loving dog parents).
NON SMOKING in apartment, please advise manager. Smoking permitted on private balcony with door closed. Smoke odour in apartment or damages due to smoking will incur extra cost.
Guests have access to their studio and private balcony and also to the laundry area at rear of building
Interaction with guests
We are live in owner, managers and we personally check our guests in. We are also available for information or any other enquiries our guests may have during their stay.
Other things to note
Our rates change seasonally, once you select your dates, Airbnb will provide the correct pricing.
We do not cancel confirmed bookings.
Maximum 2 persons per studio.

Car parking (1) is for guest only, and must be requested at time of booking to secure a car space.
This is also a residential building.
No loud noise after 10pm.
We kindly ask that you do not leave the air conditioning on when you are not in the studio.
No Smoking in rooms. Cleaning costs apply for smoke removal or damages to furnishings.
Please refrain from cooking pungent foods like curries. as the smell infiltrates the apartment, may require professional cleaning (cost will be recovered from security deposit).
Managers reserve the right to remove unruly guests.
Departure - the studio should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
