Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening blinds and extra bedding are loved by guests.

Peace and quiet

This home is in a quiet area.
The space
Islands beckon in the views from this glassed-in modern home in the hills above Hermosa Beach. Breezes off the Gulf of Papagayo sway a hammock next to the infinity pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. Details like clerestory windows flood rooms with light, while wood paneling warms the sleek spaces. It’s 5 minutes to shops and restaurants in the village, and the tropical forest–fringed beach.
