Marijke's place is a most amazing destination at the end of Cape Verde and the last land before the Americas The community here is so welcoming, the food was so fresh, local and delicious, and the passion fruit wine ......... oh the passion fruit wine ......... Marijke and Eric helped me plan a surprise birthday party for my wonderful girlfriend - with Noi the singing fisherman to entertain - on the day there were whales in the bay, the goats gave birth to two kids and we found a duckling to add to the family here I'm sure that everyone has their own special memories of Faja de Agua - it's a special, dramatic place, vibrant place - over the cobbled mountain road - remote but connected if you want a luxury hotel you can stay in Villa Nova Sintra - and visit Faja de Agua for the day - and then again next day - walk the terraces - swim in the most amazing natural seawater pools - or even better forget the fancy hotel and stay at the end of the world from the start if you like simplicity with crisp clean sheets, fresh drinkable spring water to shower and all you need to unwind - then stay in Faja de Agua - for as long as you can spare - be it 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months Marijke and Eric have made made this their home - and made it so beautiful amongst the old stone terraces it was was a real privilege to be able to stay

The location is beautiful; the view from the porch is incredible. It truly feels like you're at the edge of the world. Marijke and Erich were very helpful with organizing our trip and providing recommendations once we arrived. Would highly recommend them and Faja d'Agua!

Empfehlung!

Daarnaast verhuren we drie appartementen: Kaza Baixo, Kaza Pikino…
