Bring your family to this charming stone cottage situated a short walk from the river Dordogne and two canoe hire establishment for river cruising. The cottage has many restaurants within walking distance. A short drive takes you to the picturesque villages of Domme and La Roque Gageac. La Roque Gageac is a 2km walk.

This year, 2026, the Tour de France will be coming within 100m of the cottage on 11th July.

The cottage comprises 5 bedrooms, three on the ground floor and two upstairs.
Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms and bathroom. For 2026 season, the bedrooms have been redecorated and the bathroom refitted with a large shower, toilet and basin unit with a mirror above. This bathroom also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Downstairs, there is a master double bedroom with ensuite, which comprises a half bath and shower, a bidet, basin unit and toilet. The other two bedrooms downstairs, one twin and one single are serviced by a bathroom. For 2026 season the bathroom has been refitted with a large shower, toilet and basin unit. Also on the ground floor is a separate toilet which again has been refitted for 2026 season.
The living area comprises an open plan kitchen lounge area with a separate dining room.
Outside there is a large garden with a large pool area and shaded dining area with a large table and chairs and a large 3 burner barbeque.

Guests have access to the whole property except the shed in the garden. and three cupboards where the owners possessions are stored.
