Welcome to your home away from home! This luxury retreat is a true escape for vacationers, business travelers and SoCal locals alike. Mountain and golf course views. Close to casinos, Acrisure Arena and Empire Polo grounds. Walking distance to the Stagecoach and the Coachella Arts & Music festivals.

The space
Professionally designed and decorated, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is in a private gated community with its own refreshing saltwater pool and spa. Property boasts incredible, South facing mountain and fairway views. This 2500-sq. ft, open concept home offers comfortable, spacious areas that will host groups and families of all sizes with high quality furniture, modern appliances and luxury bedding. High speed Wi-FI with Samsung Smart TVs in all bedrooms plus an 85” Samsung Smart TV In Family Room.

Sleeping accommodations for up to 9 guests. Seven beds, plus additional portable crib for infants and toddlers upon request.

Primary suite sleeps 2 and has a California king bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub and double vanities, 65” Samsung Smart TV, large closet space, luggage racks and private access to backyard. Plus, there’s an additional accent chair in Primary Suite that converts to a twin sleeper that can sleep a child or smaller adult.

Guest bedroom #2 Queen bed sleeps 2, 50” Samsung Smart TV, luggage rack and large closet space.

Guest bedroom #3 Sleeps 3-4 and offers a twin over full bunkbed with additional trundle that is ideal for kids, large closet space, luggage rack and 43” Samsung smart TV.

There is a queen sofa sleeper in living room (not a private room that sleeps 2)

Year-round outdoor living at its best! Enjoy the gorgeous Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountain views, BBQ grill, fire pit and outdoor heater in the relaxing outdoor lounging areas.

Private Saltwater Pool & Spa: From the months of October 1-April 30, you are welcome to heat the pool/spa at an additional fee of $50/day(8 hour maximum) pool & spa and $25/day for spa only. From May 1-September 30, heating of the pool is not necessary due to the outside temperature. Spa may be heated at night for no charge.

Guest access
Located in Indian Palms Country Club, guests must enter and exit at main gate on Monroe Street. Host will notify gate attendant of your arrival and a guest pass will be issued.

For your convenience, home is equipped with a keyless entry lock. Code will be provided by host.

Parking for up to 7 vehicles (depending on size of vehicles). Guests can use the 2 parking spaces in the garage and 2-4 parking spaces in the driveway, plus the single space driveway on east side of the house. Unfortunately, Overnight Street parking is not permitted. It is the responsibility of the guest to pay any parking fines incurred during stay.

The Indio/ Coachella Valley area is host to many high profile events. Please be aware that Indian Palms Country Club is in close proximity to such events. At certain times you may need to allow for extra time to get in and out of the community due to high traffic volume. Services, such as food delivery, Uber or Lyft may take longer to arrive as they are required to use the main gate.

Other things to note
**Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this home.

**Please be aware, there is a 3 night minimum stay during the weekends of the Coachella, Stagecoach & Power Trip music festivals.
