A beautiful 1920's bungalow, newly remodeled, yet fully retaining all its 20's charm with the original hard wood flooring, window & door moulding, fireplace, and more. It is truly a stunning home with a modern/vintage feel and large open floor plan.

The space

Our home is completely furnished absolutely everything you would need for a comfortable weekend or even a month’s stay. From a fully stocked kitchen, including spices, oils, etc. to shower accessories, hairdryer and even Q-tips, this home has it all. One queen bed in the master and a Tempurpedic full size bed in the guest room.

The home has a private large master bedroom with a queen TempurPedic mattress and windows that look out into the backyard. The master bath hosts a claw foot tub, separate walk in shower and a skylight with a crisp clean feel that makes for a relaxing evening with lit candles.

The 2nd bedroom also has a TempurPedic mattress, a great window and an antique desk- wonderful work space.

The large living room with high ceilings opens into the kitchen offering the perfect entertaining and lounging area. The kitchen has double doors that open to the back screened in porch, an original window above sink that also opens to porch. It has all updated kitchen equipment, a beautiful island with bar stools and a lovely breakfast seating area. Open the doors and enjoy a breeze at any time of day.

Spend hours on the back screened in porch, perched above the backyard, you feel as though you're in a treehouse. Enjoy the constant breeze, lounging on the built-in L-couch or on the hightop table and chairs. There's a ceiling fan and plenty of lighting for late night enjoyment. By far one of our most cherished spots.

The first room when you come in is off to the right, the study. A lovely high ceiling large, yet cozy space, with a fireplace, dining table and two velvet chairs that'll make it near impossible to get up from.

Enjoy the large front porch; with its dining table and chairs on one side and a seating area (with a couch and rocking chairs) on the other. There are too many spaces to spend time in!

We can't wait for you to experience our home, we know you will enjoy it as much as we have.

Guest access

The backyard has a grill and fire pit! Feel free to use them all. Also, there is a driveway, so you'll have access to off street parking.

Interesting, walkable, quiet neighborhood.Beautiful, spacious, stylish and comfortable cottage. (Don't be deceived by the front porch). Very clean. Great kitchen and screened in porch in the back.Interesting books and art--very personal. Well kept yard surrounded by trees, including a huge Southern Magnolia, and lots of birds. A real haven.

Such a charming house in a great neighborhood! Restaurants, shops and bike rentals all within walking distance. Check out the Krog St tunnel for some amazing graffiti art. Would highly recommend!

The house is in older area of cute cottages. The area is quiet and well located from downtown. It takes us about 10-15 minutes to get from the house to downtown and not using the freeway. The cottage is remodeled while retaining character. It was clean and comfortable, we felt we had come to a friend's home for the weekend.

Great place and great location. 2 spacious bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 good bathrooms. Easily accomodated 4 adults. Updated, but not so modern that it loses its charm. Lovely and distinctive furnishings; no trip to a big box store to fill in this house. Hidden feature: a fabulous screen porch in the back with ceiling fan and couch for lounging. Multiple dining options within a 10 minute walk including Krog Street Market. We couldn't get to all of the places on our "must" list. Little Five Points, Ponce, etc. less than 10 minute drive. Virginia-Highlands, Midtown, Piedmont Park just a few minutes more. Beltline a 10 minutes walk away for exercise or sightseeing. Expectations exceeded in every area.

Lindsay's place was even cuter that expected. Definitely the best decorated Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The neighborhood was cute, and the screened in porch was the best! Moreover, I lost the key to the airbnb and Lindsay was super helpful and responsive with us trying to get back in. I will only stay here when I am in ATL!
