Perfectly located in the 14th arrondissement on the famous rue d'Alésia, my studio is just a 5 minutes walk from subway stations Alésia (line 4) and Plaisance (line 13) and just in front of the bus stop of line 62.
On the 8th floor of a modern building (with elevator!), my place is 25 m² and all equipped.
Scared to feel a little confined? Well, be sure you won't be! My studio is roomy and well appointed!
You will enter in a little corridor, and just on your right will be the bathroom, with its beautiful brand new grey tiled floor, and a bathtub to relax after a busy day visiting the city!
At the end of the corridor is the main room, very luminous. It has its own "kitchen corner" with everything you need, including fridge, Nespresso device, microwaves ... The room has a very comfortable futon, that you can turn into a sofa to enjoy a good DVD (a flat screen is hung on the wall), a piano if Paris inspires you, a desk ..., well everything you might want or need!
And as Paris is known to be "la ville de l'amour", you will end the day by enjoying a good glass of wine on the balcony, from which you will be able to see the Eiffel Tower and other monuments in Paris (8th floor means only a small vis-a-vis).
If you feel like shopping, you'll be living in the right place!
The building is just above a big supermarket (Monoprix), facing the postal office and 2 steps from all the shops you may think of (hairdressers, bakeries, organic supermarkets, clothes, restaurants...).
The building is also very central. You'll be 5 minutes away from the Alésia square with its many cinemas, from the Didot / Pernetty neighboorhood and its "bobo" bars and restaurants (including the famous Entrepot) and from rue Daguerre if you feel like saying hi from the worldwide renowned director Agnes Varda!
Under the spell? You know how to contact me!
Vous serez dans ma "résidence principale", la location doit avant tout reposer sur la confiance. Je vous demande uniquement de retrouver mon appartement dans l'état où vous l'aurez trouvé.
This is the place where I live. I therefore expect this location to be based on a mutual trust, which means finding the appartment when I return exactly the same than when I left.
