With a separate bathroom for guests, you will have access to the kitchen, living room, and patio. This is a quiet neighborhood that is near enough to all major highways to allow you access to surrounding malls and tourist attractions in Tulsa, Jenks, Broken Arrow, and Owasso.
Neighboring attractions include the Brookside and Cherry Street areas with restaurants and quaint shops for the antique and novel shopping crawls. Also, the area is within 5 minutes of downtown with the historic Brady District of Arts/Theater, the Blue Dome District of local restaurants and clubs, the Performing Arts Center, the BOK center, the Historic Greenwood District (Home of the what used to Black Wall Street prior to the Tulsa Race Riots of 1921).

Interaction with guests
I generally am available for guests to talk, show parts of the city, or offer advice for entertainment.
Other things to note
The two beds in the private room are bunk beds.
As a educator in the area, I tend to spend a lot of time reading and responding to student papers, along with living in a quiet neighborhood, my expectations are that guests are at a minimum since the neighborhood keeps an eye on any unfamiliar faces.
You can feel free to use the kitchen, refrigerator and living room area for relaxing and making yourself comfortable.
