Great location
95% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
A lovely hut we built about six years ago. Very comfortable double bed, easy wood burner and lots of storage. Bed linen & towels included.
Electric kettle & fridge, crockery and cutlery plus tea and coffee.
Outside: large veranda, garden table & chairs & small fire bowl barbecue.
The separate Wash Hut is tucked in behind the hut with the Kitchen area alongside: double gas burner, sinks and wood store
Orchard is hedged and fenced all round and just for hut guests. Private parking and access.

The space
We are a tiny business and have been building and restoring shepherds' huts for nearly 20 years. The design of our huts is derived from the old working hut used on the family farm two miles away - with some extra home comforts included!
We are very conscious of the original purpose and history of shepherds' huts and promote wool as much as we can: like all our huts this one is insulated throughout with Thermafleece (85% wool) and has a proper British made wool & cotton mattress which should provide you with an excellent night's sleep. The hut is absolutely secure with fully lockable door and windows.

Norfolk, United Kingdom

Salle is a tiny village with a huge and beautiful church. Park Farm is over 400 years old and was originally the main dairy farm for the Salle Park Estate.
We are 10 miles from Norwich and 15 miles from the North Norfolk coast. The village of Cawston is about a mile away with an excellent delicatessen/cafe, All Things Nice and a good eating pub: The Blue Bell.
Heydon (2 miles) has The Earle Arms, a wonderful and historic village pub that does excellent meals; also in Heydon is a very nice tea room with great cake!
We are 4 miles from Blickling Hall (National Trust).
