The space

Silvia I live in Marbella 30 years ago, is a fantastic place to live, for its climate, the scenery, everything that has this picturesque part of Andalusia place and especially Marbella-
During all these years I have dedicated to the sale and rental of flats for Tourism, with satisfactory results knowing lots of people, tourists from around the world and making many beneficial-friends Sharing dinners, parties and shows with travelers as well organizing events and tours to various sites of Andalusia
We have guests treat the apartment with care to leave her out in a state as similar as possible to the entrance. We ask that no smoking, pets not rise or parties or other events that could damage or destroy the apartment or disturb the neighbors organize themselves
Elvia area is special for the white sand beaches. And the sand dunes on the beach is a terrific beach bar with Mediterranean food and especially local seafood and paellas- Open all year-Bars and restaurants 50 mts and 200 mts there is a shopping center with all services of all Nationalities and supermarkets- Distance to Marbella 7 Km

Soy Silvia vivo en Marbella hace 30 años, es un lugar fantástico para vivir, por su clima, por el paisaje, por todo lo pintoresco que tiene esta zona de Andalucia y en especial Marbella-

Durante todos estos años me he dedicado a la venta y alquileres de pisos para el Turismo, con resultados satisfactorios conociendo a gran cantidad de gente, turistas de todo el mundo y realizando muchas amistades beneficiosas- Compartiendo cenas, fiestas y espectáculos con los viajeros como también organizando eventos y Excursiones a varios sitios de Andalucía- y el varios lugares del mundo

Contamos con que los huéspedes tratarán el apartamento con cuidado para dejarlo a su salida en un estado tan similar como sea posible al de la entrada. Pedimos que no se fume en el apartamento, no se suban animales ni se organicen fiestas u otros eventos que pudieran dañar o estropear el apartamento o molestar a los vecinos.

Pedimos que la entrada se realice a las 13 hs , para dar lugar a limpieza del mismo y que la salida se realice en lo posible a las 9 hs de la mañana

En fin , aquí estamos para ayudarles, y proporcionarles todo lo que sea necesario para que se sientan como en vuestra casa-
