The main L-shaped building is spread over 2 floors with very spacious living and dining area. Villa features floor to ceiling glass windows designed with Electric curtains that open and close automatically only by the touch of a button that allow you to feel the nature and to protect you from the sunshine and lights. The villa is complete with modern furniture and art works and beautiful manicured garden throughout the premises.
Beautiful rice field panoramic views can be enjoyed from the dining room and 2nd (second) floor terrace space and garden deck. All the relaxing spaces in Villa are all thoughtfully fitted with cozy outdoor furniture. The 12-metres tropical swimming pool with pool bar overlooks a vertical garden bursting with tropical foliage – while a wide sun deck has built- in daybeds and deck chairs. To match its modern, upmarket ambiance each bathroom is designed in contemporary style with a wonderful bathtub and high-tech toilet adapted from Japan technology.

Other things to note
We would like to put extra attention to guest(s) with small kids, in regards to the swimming pool safety. Our pool depth 1.40 m. It should be guest responsibility to take care their own small kids for their own safety. We are able to arrange a kids pool fence rental, the guest(s) will have to pay the cost of the pool fence rent to the rental company. And guest should book the pool fence rental in advance.
First of all, you can be sure of privacy during your stay. You came for a villa holiday to Bali, and you will be able to feel at home. However, there is a wonderful staff to assist where needed and keep your villa spic and span during your stay. You will be welcomed with heart warming Balinese hospitality.
Bali is a tropical island with amazing biodiversity. You will often find house animals that may be in this place that you see everyday such as lizards and geckos or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Please be informed that our check-in time is at 15:00 by default. However, you are most welcome to arrive at any earlier time, drop your luggage first and start enjoying your day at the pool or exploring the area while awaiting for your room to be ready.
LATE CHECK-IN
Our staff live nearby and can help you to do late check-in. Please do inform us in advance of your ETA, so we can help to welcome you at your Arrival time.
LATE CHECKOUT
Please be informed that our check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and might involve extra charge as well. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point. However, you may leave the room and pack your luggage by noon time while our onsite team start cleaning the room.
PICK-UP SERVICE
The journey from airport takes about 30 minutes – 1 hour (depend on traffic). Depending on your group size, here’s our available transport service (including driver and gasoline. Parking and other ticketing fees are not included):
