Simone was a wonderful host and her apartment was perfect for our family of 4! We were greeted warmly with fresh pains au chocolat, baguette and even some sorbet to help cool us down. She was very open to giving us suggestions of places to go and services nearby and kept in touch during our stay. I was a bit worried we would be too hot because we arrived on the last day of a heat wave. Fortunately, with the windows open and the fans she provided, we didn't feel the heat too much. My youngest loved sleeping in the bed above the TV and we all slept comfortably in our beds. Also, the wifi was good, there were plenty of linens, and she also provided shampoo and soap. We lacked for nothing. The location is wonderful! Very close to 2 metro stations, convenience stores, bakeries and restaurants. Monmartre and Galleries Lafayette were also just steps away. It was extremely easy to get around. Merci beaucoup Simone!

I'm confused ! What a comment ! Thank you all 4, so friendly to whom I can only return your compliments. Your curiosity for Paris was very stimulating. I would have liked to make you discover other places that are not all in the tourist guides. Maybe next time ? Je vous embrasse. S

Simone's apartment was a great stay for my wife and our 8 year old son. It offered a private bedroom and the bed above the TV sitting area was fun for our son. The apartment is located close to a couple Metro stops. Plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores near by as well. Since this is a fully equipped apartment we could buy milk, water, and other cold items and store in the fridge. And also heat up food in the oven or microwave as well. It is the top floor of her building so instead of looking out a window at a wall or someone else's window you get to see the roof tops of other Paris buildings. The only negative as said is there is no elevator. So if you have large strollers or heavy items you have to carry every single time you leave/come back its not that big an issue. Hardest part was the first day getting our 2 large bags up. But after that the apartment style, view, and good size for the price was worth it. Its also quiet on top so we could open a window and enjoy the cool breeze and view. If you want to stay in a true Paris apartment with all its natural character and style this is it.

Thank you to the whole family for your comment. Think of France, who will perhaps elect Mrs. Trump ! A kiss to Alexander and his kind parents. Simone Precision : the strollers can stay on the ground floor, fortunately! For the little ones, I also have a folding bed and a baby high chair that are lucky : they are already on the 6th floor.

Simone is a great host, she is very friendly, funny and polite. We arrived on Sunday, so shops in the area were closed, but she had some dinner for the 4 of us, including wine and dessert. The apartment is very nice, with all we need to have a pleasant stay. Comfy beds and well-equipped kitchen. The location is superb. The 6-floor stairs were not a problem since that helps us to burn the extra calories from the delicious french food. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this flat to a friend. Thanks Simone!

Simone is a lovely host: checking in and out were friendly and unproblematic, and she sorted out the minor issues that arose immediately. The flat is extremely cute and yet functional: very much a home, with everything you could want, and just full of fascinating objects. The location is as central as you could want. Just make sure you're up for the stairs!

Charming and comfortable, and in a great location (5 min. walk to St Lazare). Simone was flexible and welcomed us very warmly. Her apartment was clean, well-stocked, and made good use of available space (I think there are 4 or 5 beds). All of the appliances worked great and the wifi was very fast. Beware there are six flights of stairs, with no elevator, but that didn't really bother us. We would love to stay here again.

Simone's apartment is the quintessential Parisian artist's loft. Full of interesting and unique books and art with a view over the rooftops. It was perfect for our family of five (3 teenagers) with beds for everyone. The location is great. Very near 3-4 metro stations and the Saint Lazare RER station. The three restaurants across the street were good for lunch or dinner (I particularly recommend the creperie for affordable, yummy and authentic crepes from Briton). Simone is wonderful. Easy to communicate with and helpful if we had questions. She left us wine and food and was so sweet to leave macarons and a lemon cake for my son's birthday. There are six flights of steep stairs which were hard (not for my kids) but we got used to them and I used it as the excuse to eat another croissant or have another glass of wine. I highly recommend this apartment! You can't find a better value or Parisian experience. Thank you for everything Simone.

Simone was an excellent hostess. My four college students lived in the apartment and absolutely loved the experience! She was so kind and welcoming and her apartment was light, bright and full of interesting objects from her fascinating life. I recommend this apartment highly. The only drawback was the fact that it's on the 6th floor with no elevator -- but there's a lovely view and it's a really beautiful space.
