Joseph's house is real cute. It's funny he said so in his listing because there could not be a more fitting word to describe it. Very accurate. I didn't meet him in person (which I honestly preferred), but we texted and he replied to all my questions with a quickness. He even opened a tab of coffee for me and my 4 friends in the nearby local coffeeshop. He also treated us to beer and drink in the fridge. Southern hospitality: . The house was very neat and clean; seems bigger than it actually is, thanks to Joseph's fine sensibility in interior design. My friends and I made dinner and had fun bonding in Joseph's space. We saved him some leftover in the fridge, hope he liked what we cooked. Staying here mos def added to our overall experience and I'm thankful I picked this place.

Comfortable stay in up-and-coming neighborhood. Friends trip for a music festival at Riverfront Park- so convenient: pretty hefty walk, but doable. Felt like we were staying with our artsy-er younger cousin. Residential neighborhood. Joseph was easy to communicate with

Joseph was very flexible, funny, polite, and great to work with! He left check-in and check-out times up to us which made for a very relaxing trip. He has a lovely little home with very comfortable furniture + stylish decor. Four of use [2 couples] comfortably fit for a weekend.

I'm a self employed kids martial arts instructor who spends most of his time fighting 6 year olds (Park Circle Jiu Jitsu). When I am not doing that, I am usually training, doing stand up comedy, or hosting my podcast (Joseph Coker Podcast if you're curious :). I love people and am definitely not a serial killer. I'm usually not home, but I love meeting guests.

My neighborhood has been called the Brooklyn of South Carolina. If you have only lived in lily white neighborhoods, it can seem scary. But I wouldn't live anywhere else and we have an awesome bar and restaurant scene that is 2 minutes from my house. And I am about a 15 minute drive from downtown Charleston.
