The space

This apartment is located in the back side ground level of the building in a exclusive neighborhood in Isla Verde. One bedroom has a queen size, the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and in the living room is a queen futon that sleep 2. Close to España bakery, Coqui Inn Hotel and Villa Verde Inn Hotel. The owner live most of the time in the Main front house. Lot of natural light, new windows, nice ocean breeze. Kitchen & bathroom remodeled.
An open space back yard to as a common place where you can lay out or relax in the afternoon after a beach day. With plenty sitting area. You will get a code to enter for easy check in once the booking is confirmed

Address: Mar Mediterraneo #25 Villamar, Isla Verde, Carolina, PR 00979. You can check on internet map for location. As point of reference, is located in the same street as Coqui Inn hotel.
This building is located in a very unique tourist neighborhood but very quiet at night time, that's why parties and loud music, noises, are prohibited after 9pm. Other guest house & Small Inn are near by. Very safe to walk around 24hrs
There's 24/7 taxi cap available. Also Uber service. The bus stop is on the corner, it will take you to Old San Juan, Las Americas Museum, and Airport for only .75. Bus won't allow passengers with luggage only carry on. Taxi will charge approximately $13.00 to the Airport/$18 to Old San Juan. Also close to The San Juan Mall taxi charge aprox $15

Guest access

This apt include a 1 parking space in the property. You will be get the code to open the apt once you book. Access to the laundry room in the back of the house, also you can relax in the backyard area.

Very little interaction since the owner work a full time job. But she'll be always available for the guest by phone, text or email 24/7

Other things to note

The check in hour is anytime after 2:00 pm and the check out at 11:00 am, although I'm flexible upon request. We can coordinate special arrangements as you convenience.
One bedroom has a queen bed that sleep 2 and the smaller bedroom has a full size bed to sleep 2. In the living room is a queen size futon that sleep 2.

Since this is a quite neighborhood & also I have other tenants in the building, for them consideration you must follow these rules:
1. No smoking inside the apartment
2. No parties or visitors after 9:00pm
3. No drugs
4. No loud music
5. No loud conversations
6. Only small amount of tissue/toilet paper must dispose inside the toilet.
7. No cloths, towels be hanging outside the apartment.
8. Gate must be close anytime. Do not slam the gate, there is a bedroom next to it
9. Check in anytime after 2:00pm / Check out no later than 11:00 am
10. Must dispose trash bags in the garbage bins outside, located in the from of the house.
This is quiet neighborhood were most of the people work. Quietness after 9:00 pm is appreciated

Fantastic apartment on a quiet street. A/C works great, room A/Cs cool down the kitchen and living room. Safe location to leave a rental car parked the majority of your trip because you can easily walk to the beach (5 minutes away with a pedestrian crossing bridge less than a block away), public transit nearby, and great food options. We particularly recommend Panaderia España and Los Chamos Arepas Venezolanas (open 24/7), both a short walk. Besides the great location and place, Ruth is super communicative and readily available if you were to need her.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Dirty sheets, moldy shower curtain, no views and not within walking distance to airport. Not in a well lite area, prepare to have your flashlight out when walking at night.

Hello, thank you for your feedback while staying in my place. You had booked a 2br apt in one othe the most prestige neighborhood in Isla Verde Tourist area. This listing does not describe that has any view or that is walking distance from the airport. Although it's a 5 min drive from it. I take very proud on been a host and owner of 9 listing in this Area. Cleanness is been always a challenge because I sub contract a cleaning service and I try to supervise most of the apt before my guest check in. Before you arrived I inspect the apt and turned on the AC. I didn't notice any of the observation that you mentioned but I will address rhis matter to my employers. Definelty durty sheets and mold in the shower curtains are not acceptable. Again thank you for your kind observations, It helps me be a better host and offer better quality to my guest and visitors. It was a really nice place. The power went off until he morning one day but it came back on later which wasn't Ruth's fault. The ac didn't work one night but the next day Ruth go on it and she called someone to fix it. It was an overall good experience.

Ruth was very nice and had fast, helpful replies. Overall comfortable property and very close to the beach, bakeries and markets. Biggest issue was the tight fitting bathroom and the walkway was grimy. Otherwise, no big issues and a pleasant stay.

Check in process was easy, the apartment was clean, no issues with hot water. I had a hard time finding it with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps however Ruth called us immediately and gave us directions. The apartment is very close to panaderia Espana isla verde.
