Located within walking distance of Worthing beach, pier, rail stations, restaurants, pubs, bars and shops. Plenty of local attractions, towns and villages nearby including beautiful walks in South Downs (from 10 minutes drive), castle, wetlands and antiques in Arundel (20 minutes drive) and i360, Royal Pavilion, Sealife Centre and nightlife in Brighton (25 minutes train or drive).

2 double bedrooms, 1 main bathroom plus separate WC, a large living room with balcony, a long gallery kitchen with all mod-cons, a large dining room and utility room with washing machine. Basic paved garden accessed from dining room. Free off street and on street parking.
