Interaction with guests
Caretaker will access the garage Thursday to take trash and recycle to the curb. Hot tub techs will be there before and after your stay unless it is a longer stay, then they will be there mid trip. You do not need to be present at the house for either.
Other things to note
Bear activity is high in the area. Keep hot tub door locked when not is use as those handles are easy for bears to manipulate. Keep ground level doors closed when not in sure. Do not place any trash or food outside.
No smoking of any kind.
Only 3 cars can be parked at the property (1 in garage, 2 in front of garage). Cars blocking other properties or in excess of 3 total will be towed at your expense without any warning.
Cars will have to be moved during heavy snowfall to allow plowing. It gets out of hand quick if cars don't move. We have a steep driveway, so plowing is super important.
There is also no street side parking during the winter per city ordinance, you'll get towed. The best bet is to park excess cars in the paid parking near the base area, it's about 25/day

My family is into adventure. We live in a small high mountain town which puts us close to all the things we love....skiing, rafting, mountain biking, camping, hunting, and fishing. We are always on the go with all of our hobbies. We are probably the happiest people I know.
I own a cleaning and property management company which is the best job I've ever had. People are always happy to see me, happy to pay me, and always want me to come back. Thankfully I've got awesome employees which lets me be flexible to be at all my kids' events and to cater to my hobbies.
My husband is the love of my life. I knew as soon as I met him that this guy was going to be the funnest man I ever met. My kids are a blast! Great sense of humor and up for anything. We've been winter tent camping every winter since the youngest was 3. They are both big time skiers- one is free-style and the other a ski racer- but both also are Nordic jumpers. The summer is all about the river and getting back to town in time for baseball.
As a guest, we are minimalist and bring only what we need. Bringing too much stuff can really bog a trip down. It is a definite for us to leave your rental is excellent shape- after all it's what I do for a living.
As a host, I manage several rental properties. I just love the concept of putting people together that can meet each other's lodging needs. It really adds a lot to be able to read a little about each other before hand and to see pictures of each other. I use other sites to advertise my rentals, but none of them make it feel so personal.
