For our guests entertainment, the unit has 2 Playstations, a digital piano, and 65” TV with soundbar. You can watch Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, and Youtube Premium (no ads!) all for free.

Located at Pasig Boulevard corner Shaw Boulevard, this provides easy access to Ortigas Central Business District, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Makati City, and Eastwood.
It is a few-minute drive to establishments such as the Ayala Malls The 30th, SM Megamall, Robinsons Galleria, and The Estancia.
Other nearby establishments in the area: Rizal Medical Center, Medical City, Philsports Complex, Shangri-La Plaza.

- Upon booking confirmation, kindly provide the host a copy of your identification card (ID)
- Public or shared swimming pools are available to guests for a fee (paid directly to Lumiere Residences) from Mondays to Wednesdays only at 200Php/head. Price and schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check with the building lobby regarding the latest policy.
- On-site parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis only. Please check with the host if you need any assistance.
- Food deliveries are only allowed at the lobby. Please meet up with your food delivery rider at the lobby.
