The neighbourhood

Just down the road is Mollymook Shopping Centre which has a supermarket, butcher, bakery, delicatessen, newsagent, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurant, cafe and take away. Ulladulla has a cinema, restaurants and many shops.

Rick Stein's world famous Bannisters seafood restaurant is approximately 1km away.

Bannisters Pavilion has opened recently just across Tallwood Avenue. It has an expansive rooftop lined with sun beds, umbrellas, private lounge spaces, a bar-and-grill and spectacular suspended pool. Food is inspired by Mediterranean, Southern Californian and Mexican cuisines, complemented by seasonal cocktails, craft beers and an Antipodean-focused wine list, or try the highly rated Tallwood Restaurant and Cafe.

The Mollymook Golf Club has a clubhouse and restaurant at the southern end of Mollymook Beach. It overlooks the beach and is spectacular for an evening meal and a drink. See the Mollymook Golf Club website for more details including how to book their courtesy shuttle bus.

The Beach Hut Cafe is a great spot for a casual breakfast or lunch overlooking the southern end of the beach next to the Life Saving Club.

Children love the 'Bogey Hole', a large circular natural rock pool located on Mollymook Headland. Its protective ring of rocks ensures a safe and fun environment for children. You can easily walk around the headland from the southern end of Mollymook Beach to the Bogey Hole or drive to its car park via Riversdale Avenue across Mollymook's Beachside Golf Course.

There is a variety of uncrowded surf breaks. Mollymook reef is not far away or try Golf Course reef, Ulladulla Bommie, Rennies Beach, Dum Dums, Green Island or Bendalong

The Narrawallee lagoon is shallow and safe for young children.

Mollymook boasts not one but two scenic golf courses. Mollymook Golf Club's picturesque 9-hole Beachside Course has superb sea views from the course, clubhouse and restaurant.

Getting around

Only short drive to Milton or Ulladulla for shopping, restaurants and cafes and all your supplies. Walking Distance to Mollymook Shopping center which includes Cafes, restaurants, Foodworks, butcher, Deli, bakery and Liquor Store.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to the booking due to unforeseen circumstances and/or allow tradesmen to have access to the property to facilitate any repairs if necessary. If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances then Management will inform you immediately and endeavor to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing which any monies paid will be refunded in full.

We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen breakdowns of appliances etc... Bella Coastal Property maintain our properties, however at times unforeseen issues can occur. All repairs will be carried out or replacements purchased at the earliest convenience. Every action will be taken by our staff to minimize inconvenience caused; however there is no obligation from Bella Coastal Property to issue any partial refunds or discounts if the issue was unavoidable.

Please treat the property as your own and leave it as you found it. Remember to bring all linen and towels, toiletries & personal items, you can hire Linen, towels, toiletries, baby ports-cot etc... through Aroma Cleanliving Linen Hire via phone or website.

Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bin, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller & microwave, cleaning of the BBQ, leaving the beds neatly folded back, turning off the lights & cooling/heating appliances.

Council rubbish bin collection occurs weekly for general waste (Red bins) & fortnightly for recycling (yellow topped bins) on either Monday or Tuesday, our staff will notify you of collection day upon check-in. Please place bins on the kerb the evening before, face out for collection. Additional services can be arranged through our staff at cost. A fee will be charged if any excess rubbish has to be removed.

Furniture is not to be moved around. Items are not to be moved from room to room or property to property. A fee will be charged should these occur.

Should a guest lock themselves out of the property a $55 incl. GST call out fee is applicable. If the office is unattended, guests may be liable for any costs involved in gaining entry to the property. If keys and/or remotes are lost, a fee of $55 incl. GST will apply for lost keys, with an additional charge of $77 incl. GST per garage/alarm remotes (if applicable).

Arrival time is from 2pm on the day of arrival and departure time is strictly 10am on the date of departure. Extended stays may be permitted, if available, and prior arrangement has been made. A fee may apply for late departures if no prior arrangements are made.

All properties are fully self-contained. LINEN (sheets, pillow cases, towels & tea towels) IS NOT INCLUDED unless otherwise stated in the advertised description. Additional cleaning services and linen hire can be arranged at a reasonable cost, including any special requirements (bbq, cots, highchairs, etc) at the time of booking. Linen must be used on all beds.
