Magnificent views from lounge / dining area, very well equipped kitchen. Kit store & drying room. Private car park. Accessible accommodation including level access, hoist, profile bed. Outdoor activities & catering options available on request. Exclusive access to Bungalow. Bedding included (no towels).

Access path around the lovely grounds enabling guests to get an to an open camp fire site and Tipi.
Accessible activities available - we are an Adventure for All Centre with a set of comprehensive equipment and staff expertise to enable guests to have an adventurous and fun time.

Set in private grounds with amazing views of Lake Windermere and the mountains. Plenty of walks and biking opportunities. We can offer outdoor activities at an additional cost which can include zip wire and climbing tower, high ropes course, water activities from our boathouse on lake Windermere a few minutes walk away and off site for ghyll scrambling, abseiling, climbing, etc. Price and availability on application.
