Best spot in the heart of Paris! For a true authentic view of old town Paris this is a must stay! Close to every attraction but the best food, wine, music and crowd Paris has to offer. My wife and I loved the authenticity of the neighborhood with friendly locals and tourists alike!

The aparts are really great! Why so: - location: marvelous Saint-Germain, place is surrounded with dozens restaurants for all kind of tastes, close to all must see, easy to reach from several subway stations - clean and well equipped, you have everything you need - Caroline and her team very fast in answering questions - comfortable bed with good mattress for sleeping (which is very important for me) - 5th floor makes place sunny and gives you nice view - enough space in wardrobe (for dress lovers like me) Staying at this place makes you 360 degree Paris experience: comfortable home with lovely location and Caroline support. Makes it very easy to fall in love with Paris☺️

Great location if you want to be in the center of the best section (imho) of the city. There is crowd noise but I found it relaxing and if I didn't want it to intrude I simply closed the double-paned insulated windows. When I needed quiet office hours it was a short walk to the Bibliothèque Mazarine or the Sorbonne. Both are free (apply for online for access to the Sorbonne library) with power for laptops and fast wifi. As for amenities, the bed was very comfortable, the shower built for smaller people (I'm 6'3") but serviceable and the wifi worked very well. The washer/dryer and I had a communication problem at first but we eventually learned to get along. I would consider this an ideal apartment if I was looking for my own pied-à-terre in Paris.

I honestly could not have stayed at a better place during my stay of a month in Paris! Everything from the arrival process to settling in was fantastic and Caroline was very responsive and communicative throughout. The studio has everything that you need and the area especially was amazing, very close to popular locations and the surrounding streets are packed with cafes, restaurants and shops. As a solo female traveller I always felt safe walking around late at night as it was always busy on the streets. It can be a little noisy out on the street with performers but this was not much of a problem for me with earplugs, if anything it was quite nice! Overall, I had a fantastic stay here and could not imagine staying anywhere else in Paris.

Fantastic Apartment! We really loved staying here for the last week of our honeymoon. The location is perfect. Amazing dining and shopping steps from your door, walking distance to most of the major sites of Paris and the metro. The apartment is as exactly pictured. Being on the 5th floor it is extremely bright and the street noise of the busy city isn't that bad. We loved listening to the music and street performers coming from Le Rue de Buci. The pull out bed was the most comfortable of all the apartments we stayed at. Host Caroline is extremely professional and made our stay feel like a high end hotel with her personal touches. She answered messages right away and even created a great information binder with awesome restaurants and suggestions to make our stay go smoothly, something we hadn't seen before in other apartments we rented. Smart! She even arranged for a car to take us to the airport for reasonable rate. Tips; Definitely eat at Le Comptoir, Caroline's suggestion. Go early at 6pm on Saturdays or Sundays or line up. They take reservations Monday to Friday but are booked for months. We also loved Fish La Boissonnerie and Freddy's wine bar, all steps from the apartment. For light sleepers, bring ear plugs, we had them on our entire trip. Thank you again Caroline. We'll definitely be back.

This listing was exactly as described: a well located flat along the top floor of the building with a sleeper couch that was comfortable and professional service both with arranging arrival/departure and comfort during the stay. The street below is populated with scattered restaurants, boulangeries and shops, and nearby are many prominent museums and features of central Paris. The restaurants below hosted live music in the evenings on one or two nights, creating a nice ambience for relaxing by the apartment window, but never limited our ability to sleep, even on early nights after long days of walking. Our visit to Paris was characterized by daytime temperatures reaching 100F. Despite this, the evenings in the apartment were cool and comfortable with the windows open. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it without reservation to other travelers.

Having recently spent 7 nights in this apartment I would caution anyone about staying here. The description of it being on the 'most dynamic street in Paris' should read 'NOISIEST street in Paris', even with all windows shut. The noise from people in outdoor cafes continues until 4am every night. Bring your ear-plugs!!
