We stayed at Primose Cottage over Christmas 2016 and had a great time. The cottage easily accomodated the six of us staying there with ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom and a living room that was big enough for us all to sit in of an evening. Harwood Dale is a lovely place to be, and while a little remote, there's a pub you can walk to up the valley! The farm itself is a working farm with tea rooms (closed while we were there) and a barnful of animals that everyone found very cute! Overall a great place for us to stay.

We all loved our stay at Primrose Cottage. The cottage is spacious, clean and very comfortable, we would have liked to stay longer. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and there was areas on the farm to walk our dogs. Everyone we met at the farm was extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend a stay at the farm.

The whole holiday experience at Primrose Cottage was perfect, minimalist, ideal for the disabled guest. Many people say that they will return to accommodation but we fully intend to. Breakfast has to be ordered the night before but it is well worth remembering to do so, delicious full Yorkshire.

We loved our stay in Primrose Cottage. The standard was high and had the wow factor on entering the house. The farm was beautiful and location great - close enough to Scarborough but also being able to experience the stunning views from the cottage was lovely. The cottage itself was large and had everything we needed and the staff from the B & B were on hand to help with any queries. Next to the cottage is a well equipped laundry room and a games room with large trampoline? Pool table etc, which we weren't expecting but loved. We stayed here for two nights and only wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you Mark.

My wife, two boys and I LOVE to travel the world.
We have stayed in AirBnB properties where ever we go as we think the experience is so much better than just staying in a hotel found on (URL HIDDEN)

We are also Airbnb hosts and actually knew the owner of Crashpadder UK, which was brought out by AIRBNB back in 2010!

For work, I run my own hospitality marketing company. It's a passion of mine and I love helping hotels, guest houses and holiday cottage owners increase their bookings.

My wife is a traveller writer, and focuses her blog on travelling with children.

The boys are Alfie and Charlie. Alfie is our eldest and has the biggest dimples you'll ever see!

Charlie is our baby, he's blonde, blue eyes and a sure fire "Heart breaker", when he's older.

We are the Nicholson Simpson's and look forward to meeting you
