Really this is about rooftop access to THE BEST place to watch the fireworks from for two people without needing to deal with boats or too many drunk people. There's a queen bed in a studio unit too. Its a bit full with equipment but this is 1 night.
Great value cosy and sunny studio in sought after neighbourhood close to city, restaurants, cafes, transport. Ideal for travellers. For NYE - the place is full of stuff - so it is being hired out more for the rooftop than a clean studio... the studio is clean but there is a lot of equipment taking up room... most of your night should be on the roof anyway!
Studio unit and rooftop when it is available.
Minimal. As needed.
The neighbourhood is like being in the Paris for Sydney!
Plenty - bus, train, taxi.
Part of the studio - bed, kitchen, rooftop...amazing rooftop.
Interaction with guests
On arrival... possibly at one stage during NYE and then on exit inspection. Don't want the place trashed :)
* Absolutely no smoking in the building.
* Your mobile supplied for emergency.
* Accidents happen - if you break it you pay for it.
* Please leave artwork and personal belongings as is... feel free to read the books and magazines in bookshelf
* Please keep the unit clean everywhere including kitchen and bathroom

By no means am I an art collector but I have a limited few favourite things hanging on the wall. Looking out for challengers to open as many internet sessions as I do and to empathise with resulting low internet speeds. Rediscovering since I found @alanhungover. When I travel it has been a little like Hangover in the past... but that is well in the past. Several weeks in Qatar grew my comfort for 5 star and perfect neatness whilst I also like the french, relic, beach and glamping styles too.
As a host I am afraid I am not really all that available but a small amount of hilarious introduction may be possible depending on my schedule...I "work" ridiculous hours and travel. As a guest I am either out and about soaking it up or glued to a not much trouble... now and then do get time to philosophize with a stranger.
My life motto is (as Airbnb says I should have one here): Be good to the snakes (Barry White).
